FAQ's for Parents

Q. Would I still be able to order my child's photographs after the deadline date has passed?

A. Yes I can still process all late orders and deliver them to your door. All you need to do is quote the school and child's name when contacting me.

Q. I have lost my order form, how can I order my child's photograph?

Q. My partner and I are now separated, how can I order my own copy of my child's photographs?

A. You can contact me quoting the school and child's name. Please be aware in some circumstances the school may be asked to confirm that you are a parent/guardian of the child.

Q. Can my child be photographed as a family?

A. Yes I can take an individual photograph as well as a family one as long as it has been arranged with the child's school beforehand.

Q. How long will it take to receive my photographs?

A. It usually takes between 7 to 10 days from receipt of order but I endeavour to despatch all orders as soon as possible.

Q. My photographs have arrived and I am so pleased with them I would like to order extra photographs, is this possible?

A. Yes, you can order additional photographs up to 6 months after the photographs were taken. If you contact me on 07758081377, via the contacts section of this website or email me at enquiries@mikearthertonphotography.co.uk I will only be too happy to help.

Q. My photographs have arrived and they are damaged/missing, how can I solve this problem?

A. All products are carefully checked before despatch, however we know accidents can happen. If you have a problem with your order please contact me on 07758081377, via the contacts section of this website or email me at enquiries@mikearthertonphotography.co.uk and I will only be too happy to help.
